Tristan Wilkerson is Managing Principal of Think Rubix, LLC. He is a veteran political organizer and policy professional whose background is rooted in public policy, political strategy, organizational and business development.
Tristan has advised small and large scale organizations including the nation’s largest faith-based nonprofit on its urban affairs, state and federal government affairs advancing a portfolio that included gun violence prevention and criminal justice reform. He has also worked as an adviser and political director to congressional and presidential candidates, and several major PAC’s that include Priorities USA, Move On PAC, and For our Future Fund.
Tristan previously served as Hill Staffer and Aide to Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton where he organized Members of Congress in developing the Congressional Caucus on Boys and Men of Color. There he managed a diverse portfolio that included criminal justice reform, healthcare reform, post-secondary education and higher education.
Tristan is a trained organizer, an alumnus of New Leaders Council, a former D.C. Mayoral appointee and is an adjunct professor of political science and philosophy.
He is a native of Little Rock, AR, and now lives in bustling Northeast DC. A self-proclaimed 'cultural enthusiast', he enjoys food, art, photography, and frequent traveling.
