Tristan Wilkerson is Managing Partner of Think Rubix, LLC. He is a veteran political organizer and policy professional whose background is rooted in public policy, political strategy, organizational development and business administration.
Tristan has advised the nation’s largest faith-based network on its urban affairs, state and federal government affairs advancing a portfolio that included urban gun violence prevention and criminal justice reform. He has also worked as an adviser and political director to congressional and presidential candidates.
Tristan previously served as Hill Staffer and Aide to Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton where he organized Members of Congress in developing the Congressional Caucus on Boys and Men of Color. There he managed a diverse portfolio that included criminal justice, drug policy reform, health care, post-secondary education and higher education.
Tristan is a Wellstone trained organizer, an alumnus of New Leaders Council, former Mayoral appointee to the DC Commission on Fathers, Men and Boys, and is an adjunct professor of political science and philosophy.
He is a native of Little Rock, AR, and now lives in bustling Northeast DC. A self-proclaimed 'cultural enthusiast', he enjoys food, art, photography, and frequent traveling.
